These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the GoHuzzle app and website (together, "GoHuzzle"). By creating an account or using GoHuzzle you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use GoHuzzle.
1. Your account
You must be 18 or older and able to form a binding agreement to use GoHuzzle. Give accurate information, keep your password and payment PIN private, and tell us promptly if you think your account has been accessed without permission. You are responsible for activity on your account. One person may hold one account, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
2. Acceptable use
When you use GoHuzzle you agree not to:
- post anything illegal, fraudulent, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit or that exploits anyone;
- impersonate another person or business, or misrepresent your skills, identity or affiliation;
- list counterfeit, stolen or prohibited goods, or post jobs that are unlawful;
- send spam, scam messages, or ask people for codes, PINs or passwords;
- post fake reviews, or pay or ask others to post them;
- attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, probe or disrupt our systems, or use automated tools to scrape or overload the service;
- use GoHuzzle in any way that breaks the law or these Terms.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of what you post. By posting it, you give GoHuzzle a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, reproduce and show that content to other members as needed to operate the service. You confirm that you have the rights to post it and that it doesn't break these Terms. We may remove content that breaks these Terms.
4. Jobs, listings and deals
GoHuzzle helps people find each other. We are not a party to the deals you make with other members, we do not employ or supervise them, and we do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality or delivery of any job, service or item. Check people and items carefully, agree the details in writing, and follow our safety guidance.
5. Payments
Where GoHuzzle offers payment features, you are responsible for the accuracy of your payment details and for transactions made with your payment PIN. Keep your PIN secret. Disputes between members about payments should be resolved between them where possible, and we may help as described in our policies.
6. Reviews and reports
Reviews must reflect real experiences and be fair and respectful. We may hide reviews that break these Terms. If you believe content breaks these Terms, report it in the app. We review reports, and we may act on them, including removing content or suspending accounts, without notice where needed.
7. Suspension and ending
You can stop using GoHuzzle at any time and delete your account from the app or from our account deletion page. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, put others at risk or if we must do so by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive, including content licences, disclaimers and liability limits, will survive.
8. Disclaimers
GoHuzzle is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or always secure.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoHuzzle and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for losses arising from dealings between members. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount, if any, you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms. We will change the date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the app. If you keep using GoHuzzle after changes take effect, you accept them. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
